- Completed commercial or technical training or studies in the field of agricultural sciences
- Industry knowledge and sales experience desirable
- Confident written and spoken English; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Confident manner and negotiating skills
- Reliability, communication and teamwork skills
- Careful and solution-oriented way of working
- Occasional willingness to travel
- Ability to work under pressure and commitment
