The FRD conveyor and cleaning device revolutionizes fruit processing. With its efficient suction fan, it thoroughly removes leaves and wood from the fruit and is faster and more precise than conventional systems. Despite the high cleaning performance, the quality of the fruit, which meets industry standards, remains high in the final container.
The fruit unrolled into the tub no longer has to be poured into small containers and lifted several times by hand. Instead, the tub is lifted hydraulically and the fruit is guided to the suction blower via an ascending belt with a defined ascending height. The appliance comes as standard with a plug-in carrier for large crates and a push-through tray.
