Due to the ever-increasing demands of the trade, it is becoming more and more important that the fruit is large and in perfect condition. This is the only way to achieve a higher price. Effective pre-sorting of the harvested fruit is therefore becoming increasingly important.

LIPCO picking belts do important work here. The belts can be fitted to all LIPCO trailer harvesting units (with or without shaking device) as well as to the conveyor and cleaning unit.

With a sorting length of 0.60 m, the SB-001 picking belt is an ideal entry-level model. By means of conical O-belts, damaged and too small fruits are sorted out and discharged to the side. The width of the O-belts (15 pieces) can exactly be adjusted by interchangeable spacer sleeves.
